Project Business Excellence, Business Process Management and Information Technology.

Our expertise enables us to support our customers on how to improve the organization, make smart use of information technology and to apply project business excellence to achieve sustainable results.

We operate all over Europe and on a non-proprietary base. Our Customers come from large and medium sized businesses of all industries.

We are experienced in business economics, strategy and technology and we know the different
Terms from the different disciplines. This allows us to bridge the gap between the disciplines in
order to successfully achieve sustainable transformations.

We support our customers not only in the decision making process but also in implementation. Our

HISTORY

Gotscharek & Company GmbH was founded beginning 2010. It was started as the follow up
organization of Gotscharek Business & Technology Consulting which has been successfully
in operation since 2002.

The founder, CEO and senior Management Consultant, Wolfgang Gotscharek, has a track record of
over 27 years of professional experience- Profile.

Same applies to our senior Experts. They all have a solid understanding of the different business processes, of transformations and restructerings gained as Project Manager or as former Manager from top to medium management Levels..
